Hello! If you're interested in a writing commission from me, you've come to the right place. Below you'll find my commission information, extras, my portfolio, and all of my links. Setting Up a Commission

- Contacting me on Twitter (@anunderling) is generally the best way to get a hold of me for commissions. You may also contact me at my business email, [email protected], though response time will be longer.
- I can do both SFW and NSFW commissions. I most frequently write about FFXIV, but I am willing to write about other series I am familiar with, as well as original characters or original fiction. Consult the Preferences tab for more information on scenarios, kinks, and series I am or am not willing to write. If you’re unsure about something, feel free to ask me.
- My rate is roughly 1.25 cents per word, or $12.50 per 1,000 words. Price is in USD. See Pricing & Extras for more information.
- Image captions are also available; see Pricing & Extras for more information.
- Stories usually range between 1-4k words in length.
- Please come to me with a general idea of what you are interested in commissioning; general length, characters, what you want them to do, etc.
- I may ask more questions about specifics before writing and during writing to ensure that I can keep characters as accurate as possible and the story as close to what you have in mind as possible.
- I will turn down stories I am not confident in my capability to write, or if I have no interest in writing it.
- The story is owned by me, unless the rights are specifically paid for.
- If I am busy with a commission, schoolwork, or otherwise unable to take your commission, I may ask you to ask me again at another date!

Payment and Process

- Payment will be asked for after the story is written, at which point I will send a PayPal invoice for the exact amount of words written.
- All stories will be posted publicly. This is so I have content to put out, as well as for my own personal reasons.
- If you would like to remain anonymous, please let me know; in addition, if you would like your character to be anonymous in the public publishing of the story, I can change their name, appearance, and more until the character is suitably anonymous for your comfort.
- Writing is a hobby for me, and between schoolwork and ADHD, my work may be somewhat slow. You are always welcome to inquire about the status of your commission, however.
- If I am unable to complete your story or otherwise have to cancel it, I will let you know; as no money will have been exchanged, a refund will not be needed.

Prices

- All prices are in USD
- My rate for story commissions is roughly 1.25 cents per word, or $12.50 per 1,000 words. This rate is liable to change depending on complexity of a story or other factors.
- Image captions cost $3 flat, regardless of length. Private captions cost an additional $1, for a total of $4.
- I may request an extra fee depending on the amount of research that needs to be done for original fiction or series I am unfamiliar with. If I do decide to charge this fee, it will be mentioned before work is started on the story.
- A PDF version of story commissions will be included for free.

Extras

The following extras are a variety of services I offer which can either be added to an existing commission (such as a chat window for the PDF version of a story) or ordered separately (such as an ID card for your character.)
- A PDF variant with my default cover is included with each story commission for free.
- If you have the rights to use an image, you can request for the PDF's cover page to be replaced for free.
- Price of services may vary with complexity.
- Tooltip icons are 80x80. If an icon is not provided, I will use a slightly modified FFXIV icon instead.
- Bulk Custom Tooltips or Chat Boxes may receive a discount.
